Why can't we just somehow capture and harness the energy of a toddler? I think that it could power the world.....and they would still have plenty to keep them going! LOL But, even with all of her energy I still caught her holding still a few times. Not for long, but long enough~

Do you ever have those days where you get a chance to dig through that box of old photos? My monkey #2 two turned 7 this week and I pulled out the "box" to put a poster together for his class. It didn't take long for me to become very nostalgic. I couldn't believe the time had flown so quickly....and suddenly felt this overwhelming gratitude for each of the photos in my box. I wouldn't remember those things without the photos. I couldn't really remember exactly how chubby his little arms were, and how bright his little eyes twinkled when he smiled. I would never have realized how his baby brother looked just like him as a baby.
My photos are priceless to me! And they become more valuable as time passes. It is like having a magical power that allows you the ability to capture a moment and save it just as it is... forever!
This is why I decided to pursue photography.
Its power always amazes me.
So I found this amazing clip that really captures how I feel about photography.
....and remember - Keep Me, Protect Me, Share Me… don’t keep your photos in a box, or a drawer or on the computer!! Put them all around you, enjoy them, let them last forever....

I have to make a confession~ Because I have 4 little monkey boys and no girls to splurge on...well, I totally live through my clients! In fact, a few of them (Liz & Bel...lol) I call up and tell them what I just saw at this store or that store.....and They BUY it! It is the most rewarding little guilty pleasure to take photos of these beautiful little girls in Fabulous clothes and I don't even have to spend one dime! Ok....I feel much better now that I have that out on the table! Thanks Liz for indulging me! And my hubby thanks you too! Hope you enjoy these photos.....even 1/2 as much as I did taking them! 
Here are the two littlest monkeys! They humored me today and actually looked at the camera a few times....whoo hoo~!
I am SOOOOOOO in the mood for color....but I couldn't decide if these just naturally belonged in Black and White??? Maybe you could help me decide! Leave a comment and vote for color or B&W.....
