I met my Match!!!

So....This is my second time photographing this little guy....and I have come to grips with the fact that he does not like my camera!!! (I am sure it is just the camera...lol) So this shoot was truly funny! The parents are so sweet and they stayed so calm as he cried and cried. He was in love with all the trucks so that was good and bad.....once he got a hold of the trucks he didn't want anything else~And really, who can blame a guy?? I am happy to say that we still found success~ And in the end I think you guys will be so thrilled to see what I captured and look back on this day with a good chuckle~! Was it worth it??

We had such a lovely day the other day I had my neighbor (with the new little chubbers) come outside for a few quick snaps. The other days were too cold to take her outside....but I couldn't resist! I think it was worth it....do you???

HOLY MOLY....Two posts in one day!!!

I know, I know, don't fall over! I have lots of catching up to do. Here is another wonderful family! These kids are so sweet and made this shoot lots of fun! I haven't finished any of the boys alone yet....but had to show one of the gorgeous sister. I hardly coached the kids on this one....they knew what to do! Even the baby....LOL This photo just makes me laugh! I love how the girl is giggling and the boys are gagging and hiding!

Little chubbers....5 days old!!!

Remember our beautiful Maternity Mom....?? This is the little chubba-lubba that was tucked inside and she is just 5 days old! She weighed in at 9lbs 10oz (I think?) and is trying to catch up to her 4 older siblings already! She is just a little snuggle bug! Had to put these on for the mom, who is recovering from her 5th C-section at home....hope these cheer you up!! Get well soon and stay down!! (so glad her sweet mom and dad are here to help her for the next few weeks....lucky girl!)

The CLASSIC in me just loves Black and White....but I am ga-ga over color too! What do you think???

Super Duper 6.....

I had a chance to photograph this darling family....(I mean handsome...sorry guys!) 5 big brothers and beautiful baby sister....guess who runs the show here?? These brothers are just smitten with this baby sister! These kids were so kind and really got along with one another well. They came from Colorado for the photo shoot...no pressure! (I don't know why I stress about my out of town clients so much??) Anyway.....here are a few photos to tie you over until I finish the rest! And yes....I did show more of the girl...only two....sorry! I can't help myself...LOL

More Birthday Baby!

Birthday BABY!

I had a chance to shoot a bit while I was away...here is one that I loved! Is she not the cutest stinkin' thing?? This lil' baby is so happy!! She was an absolute riot to shoot~ Once the cake came out there was no more eye contact and I think we used an entire bag of wipes to clean up what we could...LOL Makes you wish that birthdays were still that much fun!

What is my STYLE????

I am going away....Just for a bit~ The monkeys have a break from school this weekend....so we are going on a road trip. I will answer all emails on my return. NOW, while I am gone....I have a question for you! My fellow photographer and I were talking about style and trying to define our style in words. I was just curious if YOU had to define my style in words, how would you describe it???? Come on everyone....play along....help me out! LOL Can't wait to see your responses! Have a GREAT week!
